Prenup Photoshoot in La Mesa Dam

About 2 more months and we're getting married. Wedding is every women's dream sabi nila and I think it is nga. As much as excited ang lalaki to get wed iba talaga ang excitement ng babae. It is their day. Ika nga e, ako ang bida nyayon. Haha. A day na sila ang pinakamaganda, sila ang pinagtitinginan, sila ang pinakamasaya.

Before the wedding day, uso na ngayon ang prenup pictorials and video teaser. I am just glad na I get to do that kasi mahalaga sa akin ang photos. It is a collection for memories kasi which I can share sa magiging mga anak namin at apo in the future. Or even something to look back to as time passes by.

Our prenup shot was taken inside La Mesa Dam. Not in Ecopark where usually prenup shots are done but it's in the guest house which is not open to public.

Taken by my cousin

We just have a family friend here that were able to give us access to have this as our venue. By the way, dito din ang venue ng aming wedding.

From our photographer

And for me, to have our prenup shot here means some savings for our wedding gastusin kasi hindi ko na kailangang magbayad pa ng another venue just for this purpose. And it was really beautiful at di matao kasi private sya. We have the whole place on our own except sa mga guards na nagbabantay at umiikot sa area.

Hindi naman ito ganun kabig deal for us. 2 sets ng damit nga lang ang meron kami noon and I even came from a client meeting sa Makati. Wala kaming props but just the nice view. I am just after having good photos to keep. Maraming good spots for picture taking and we really had fun doing it.

Small group lang kami, sumama yung younger sister ko at cousin para lang makigulo but technically 5 people lang ang nasa likod ng aming camera.

At ang masaya pa kasi para kaming naka triple date, yung make up artist namin ay asawa ng photographer namin, and she is with her sister na nagassist sa kanya na boyfriend naman ng isa pa naming photographer that time. Magasawa na din sila ngayon. :)

We had discount din sa photos namin at makeup artist since they are working as partner. Kung baga package na din, they were also the same people on our wedding day, nadagdagan lang ng ilan pang photographers to assist and another make up artist para sa mga abay.

Nagpaluto lang kami sa mama ko noon tapos dinala ng pinsan at kapatid ko para baon namin the whole day. Inabot kami ng gabi kasi we had a video teaser.

I could say na sulit talaga ang deal ko with them kasi parehas silang magaling. I liked my hair and makeup kahit na di ako blooming dahil kulang ako ng beauty rest e I still look glamorous sa pagkakaayos nya sa akin. At ang mga photographers namin were really patient kasi parehas kami ng asawa ko na di naman mahilig sa selfie at naninibago kami na medyo nahihiya sa camera. Hehe.

Isang nakakatuwang trivia lang about us, is that nung nagpropose ang asawa ko in Davao it was full moon, nung nagprenup shot kami it was full moon at noong kinasal kami full moon din.

Wrapping up with some selfie, stolen shot from our photographer.
Here's our prenup teaser below. Natatawa ako sa acting namin dito until now pero LLS naman ako sa song na nilagay ng team dito. First time ko marinig ang song na ito sa mismong teaser namin at simula noon, gustong gusto ko na ang song. I think Bullet Train ang title nya. I am not just that sure.

  1. Hello,
I am a student of English Linguistics at the University of Regensburg in Germany. Currently I am writing my bachelor thesis in which I analyse the language used in blogs in Southeast Asia. My focus lies on blogs in which English is used alongside other languages and which are therefore mixing languages. This is why I am writing to you. As you are mixing languages in your blog or in single posts. It would be nice if you could answer me a few questions about it. But I do not want to do that in your comment section, could we communicate via email or facebook if you are interest at all?
    Best Wishes
    Kira
